Q. What is soft washing? I keep hearing that and you're a pressure washing company.
Great question. In short, not everything ironically needs pressure to be cleaned. In fact, too much pressure will damage almost anything. And we know that. Brick needs pressure…but too much up close will knock out the mortar on an old joint. Siding gets really green sometimes and covered in algae, but it needs a special mix of bleach and soap sprayed on with a fancy commercial machine - not blasted w pressure. That would leave marks all over your house. With soft-washing - we balance pressure with the right chemical ingredients to achieve a clean surface without damage. This applies largely to vinyl siding that is much softer than say concrete.
Q. Do I get a discount if I need multiple things done?
Absolutely! If you need your roof cleaned, or gutters washed out, and only the backside of your house, but your front walks are black. Call us - we’ll give you a free quote for only the items you want, and be happy to make a package deal for you.
Q. Why are you so expensive? It's just washing my house with water.
If only it were that simple! We are not cheap, because we don’t do cheap work. And we’re not expensive, because we believe in happy repeat customers, and for that we want to provide value. What would take a homeowner 6 hours of their valuable Saturday, 3 trips to the big box store, a whole morning of trying to get the pressure washer started from winter storage, and climbing up the ladder risking falling - can be handled by our team in a safe and professional process. We have commercial equipment designed to reach tall heights, rinse high volume effectively, specialized training in all things chemical related, and are liscensed and insured. We won’t damage your property. And if some unfortunate and rare scenario happens - we’re insured! We have you covered.
Q. Why would I want to wash my roof?
There is a unique air borne bacteria that lodges in the pores of your shingles and feasts on the limestone. This dark streaking not only is unsightly; but slowly damages the integrity of your shingles shortening the lifespan of your roof. Then the roofers come out and really take your money!!!
